Payment methods

You can choose between the following payment methods with us:

Credit card

You can easily pay with Visa and MasterCard credit cards. After the credit card payment process has been completed, we will send your order. In case of a return, the amount will be credited to the originally charged credit card.

Prepayment/Bank transfer

If you wish to pay in advance or by bank transfer, we will send you our bank details by e-mail. Please settle the invoice within 7 days after making your order. The delivery will be made immediately after the receipt of your payment. If the amount is not credited to our account within 7 days, we can withdraw from the contract. If you return any items, the amount will be credited to your bank account.

Online bank transfer/immediate bank transfer

You can pay us by instant bank transfer using your online banking account. To do this, you will need your BIC/IBAN and your login details for your online banking. A TAN entry is also required for confirmation. After completion of the payment process, we will send your order immediately. In case of a return, the refund will be made to this account.

In this case, we are revocably authorised to collect the invoice amount from your specified account. Should the amount not be collected due to a lack of funds in your account or incorrect bank details, or should you object to the direct debit although you are not entitled to do so and are responsible for this, you will have to bear the costs and fees of the chargeback.

PayPal

If you want to pay the invoice amount with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to their page. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can make the payment quickly and securely after logging into your PayPal account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Please inform yourself in detail about this at www.paypal.de. As soon as the payment process with PayPal is completed, we will send your goods. If you return items, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
