Our mission at NINA REIN is to raise awareness and positively change our society to create a world worth living in for future generations. As a company, we design and distribute sustainable collections by women for women, manufactured under fair and ethical conditions.
We take our responsibility for a sustainable and livable future very seriously. For this reason, we subjected our company to a thorough analysis in order to calculate our CO² emissions. But instead of focusing exclusively on CO² reports, we got support from COKO Projects. You can find a detailed article about this collaboration in our blog .
We want to show you in detail and transparently where our materials come from, how they are made and where our clothes are produced. We also want to show you how much CO² is produced per item of clothing. We firmly believe that transparency is the key to a sustainable fashion industry and that our customers have the right to know exactly where their clothes come from and how they are made.
We always strive to inform our customers about every aspect of our products so that they can make an informed decision.

An average value was calculated here based on all of our products. With an average weight of 0.35 kg per item of clothing, this results in a CO² saving of more than half compared to non-sustainably produced items.
Every material has its own value
Both the composition of the respective material and the associated supply chain were analyzed.
This has resulted in a separate CO² value for each fabric and each item of clothing. We have provided the exact information on CO² consumption and savings for each product in the online shop so that you have an easy overview.
