We send most of your order in used boxes, which can be identified by the label "use me more than once". We also avoid unnecessary plastic film and use plastic-free and sustainable adhesive tape. Our goal is to keep our ecological footprint on our planet as small as possible. Let's go down this path together.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered or need a different size, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days at your own expense.

We want to create a conscious approach to orders and returns. Returns cause high emissions and, especially for small companies like us, this also results in very high return costs, which we would otherwise have to add to all items of clothing. In our opinion, this is not fair.

We have our custom-made items sewn individually for you after we receive your order. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged.

We are a small, hard-working team and we do all the tasks ourselves. We will respond to your request personally and individually by email within a maximum of 48 hours.

We have provided measurements for the cut in the product description for most models. You can compare your own measurements in our size chart . If you are unsure about measuring, take a look at our blog post , where we have explained everything for you.

In our custom-made section you have the option of ordering selected cuts in your desired size and color. We then have these pieces made individually for you so that they can be with you in 6-8 weeks.

You can easily order our vouchers via the online shop. The voucher will then be sent to you by email with the corresponding code and print template.

If you want to give the voucher as a gift and use the print template, you just need to enter the code you received by email and then write the template and you're done!
